Delivery and Returns Policy

We are pleased to advise that we are continuing to deliver bottles direct to your door! However, please note that given the current Covid-19 pandemic, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

UK ORDERS ONLY

Our online shop may only be used by people resident in the UK. We do not accept orders from individuals outside of the UK. We are only able currently to deliver in the UK.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver our products to you within 3 - 7 days of order. We will endeavour to deliver goods within these timescales, however, occasionally delays may occur due to factors outside our control and at busy periods, particularly leading up to Christmas, delivery times may be longer.

AVAILABILITY

Please note that all products are subject to availability and so in the event we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you as soon as possible. An appropriate refund will be given where you have already paid for an item/s.

PRICE

The price you pay is the price displayed at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the item/s you will receive a refund for the price paid.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices shown are not inclusive of delivery charges. You will be advised the cost of delivery on the Site at the time of your order. We will deliver to the address specified at the time of your order. We cannot accept any liability if the address is incorrect or incomplete.

CHANGES

We may change this delivery and returns policy from time to time without notice to you and such changes will apply to all subsequent activities and orders.

RETURNS

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to those ordered, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible. When you get your package please check carefully and notify us, within 2 days, if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away on info@dulwichgin.co.uk. You may cancel the order by informing Dulwich Gin Limited within 7 days of receiving their order. Please return it to us unopened, sealed and in original condition and within 7 days of the date cancelled, for a refund. All shipping back to us is paid by you, and we are unable to refund you for your postal fees.

We are not able to refund any import duties, taxes or administration fees incurred in connection with the delivery or return of the product. Liability for loss or damage during transit is also the responsibility of the purchaser.
